Ty "Turbo" Knight, Dex "Dexter" Shadow and Commander Horace Ruslan find themselves in the Revolutionary Colonial Period of American history. Their mission - rescue a young Andrew Jackson from the clutches of the British Empire. Little do they realize Jackson is being guarded by Captain Reginald Lennox and his daughter Charlotte Lennox. Ty agrees to be part of a distraction to help free the young Andrew Jackson, but little does he realize Charlotte is about to catch wind of such a scheme and she'll do whatever she can to expose the time travelers.
Q. What inspired you to write this book? Was there a particular moment or event that sparked the idea?
Ans. Ty's first mission involving a young Andrew Jackson being captured by the British which did happen in the real world.
Q. What research did you undertake to write this book? Were there any surprising or unexpected findings that you discovered during your research?
Ans. Since it already happened all I had to do was insert Ty and those on his team into the story.
Q. What was the biggest challenge you faced while writing this book? How did you overcome it?
Ans. Biggest challenge was trying to dive down into the 18th Century.
Q. How did you go about developing the characters in the book? Were any of them based on real people or events?
Ans. Other time travel series did help assist me in writing the book such as Futurama.
Q. Can you share any interesting anecdotes or stories related to the writing of this book?
Ans. Ty is excited to finally go on his first mission, but he soon encounters the Lennox family a father-daughter duo who will be the road block int he first book.
