Alizia Matala, one of the notorious Matala twins decides to make a daring kidnapping of Ty "Turbo" Knight's father - Excel Knight! Alizia knows of Ty's ancestor - President Thaddeus "Tyler" Knight who he is named after had ongoing issues against her ancestor - President Asher Matala of the Democratic Republic of the Congo during the late 21st Century. She tries to use Ty's ancestor's faults to try to prevent him from joining the Department of Relativity as part of the payment for the ransom of his father being held hostage.
